Gia Luxe accepts returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• Items are unworn
• Shoes have been tried on indoors only
• Original packaging and accessories are included
• Protective sole stickers remain intact
Due to hygiene considerations, items that show any signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Pre-order items are final sale once production has begun, unless the order cannot be fulfilled by Gia Luxe.
