At Gia Luxe, each pair is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident with your purchase.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are final sale.

Because pre-orders are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.

If there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist.

Standard Orders (Once Regular Sales Launch)

Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

    •    Shoes are unworn

    •    Original packaging is included

    •    Protective sole stickers remain intact

    •    Shoes show no signs of wear, scuffing, or alteration

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

    •    Pre-orders

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Worn or damaged items

    •    Items without original packaging

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Due to limited production runs, we cannot guarantee size or color availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email us at

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the issue

Approved defects will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sizing Notice

Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. Due to hygiene and fit considerations, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues on pre-orders.
